Lancashire School Sailing Association
Lancashire School Sailing Association promotes water based activities for young people in Lancashire including Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen. We operate from sailing bases at Fishmoor (nr Blackburn) & Spade Mill (nr Longridge).
Scouts from Clitheroe District had a great sail today. Finishing off their Sailing stage 1 and 2 Activity badge, Nautical skills stage 2 activity badge and 4 on the water sessions over 2 Saturdays. We finished off with a capsize drill. Which they enjoyed. All though the weather 8s quite overcoast all day, it stayed dry.
Absolutely delight to have Girlguiding Lancashire East join us and all had so much fun, it certainly makes the extraordinary efforts organising the event, so rewarding!![]()
Absolute privilege to have you join us up at the lovely Water Park Lakeland Adventure Centre on Coniston, and do really hope you will join us again next year. 😊 ⛵️
